The audience award for documentary went to Sacha Gervasi for “Anvil! The Story of Anvil” about the Canadian heavy metal band.

this movie is amazing and deserves it all. sorta like 'spinal tap' meets 'some kind of monster,' but with totally wonderful people. (i.e. no metallica boneheads.)

At this screening, not only did Scott Ian jam with them on "Metal On Metal," but the drummer played the best drum solo I have ever seen! Supposedly the solo even has a name - "White Rhino"! SWEET!
