Xzibit cast in Werner Herzog's Bad Lieutenant...

Kilmer will play Cage’s cop buddy (naturally probably another loose cannon scumbag) and Xzibit will play his nemesis. The film sounds like it’s going to be done on the cheap in the same way Herzog’s “Rescue Dawn” was (but not painful low-budget, just a modest mix of action and drama).
