Myspace to debut 'Chinese Democracy' Thursday 12AM...

Guns N’ Roses’ Chinese Democracy will make its debut on the band’s MySpace page starting Thursday, according to a Reuters report Wednesday. Users will be able to stream Guns N’ Roses’ long-awaited album for free before it goes on sale Sunday in an exclusive deal with Best Buy. However, listeners will not be able to download tracks from the site. Also debuting Thursday is Electric Arguments by Paul McCartney’s side project group The Fireman.

According to the Guns N Roses Myspace page, tracks should be streaming right about NOW

Chinese Democracy, will be streaming in its entirety tonight worldwide 9PM PST (12AM EST). Visit their Myspace page for your chance to listen to the full album.

The best marking scheme ever - this record was done and in the can 13 years and five months ago, but by claiming problems, erasing and re-recording tracks, band member changes, etc., and Viola!! 14 years later, the album comes out. And then you listen to it, and it sure as Hell doesn't sound like it took 14 years to make.

Of course it's possible that Axl now holds the world's record for the most overdubs in recording history...
